My surprise was in ordering a tortilla something as a starter it was an egg combination very tasty but not a tortilla, I live in Mexico I know what a tortilla is.

In 105 BC the Cimbri had crushed a Roman army at Arausio (6 October 105 BC), apparently leaving Italy open to invasion. The diners we each ordered where excellent, all three had different 3 courses and all were fabulous. The battle of Aquae Sextiae (102 BC) was the first of Mariuss great victories during the Cimbric War and saw him destroy the Teutones and the Ambrones, two of the smaller tribes involved in the great invasion of Italy. Well that is ok the Martini was great French style. Not how can a country that grows olives not have olive juice somewhere in the kitchen. with a little olive juice to make it dirty. Every restaurant was fully booked, and as a consequence the L'Arausio was offering a more limited menu than normal, albeit still a choice. At the time of booking the Saturday was the day of the Verdi's Opera being performed in the Roman Theatre (as part of. We had booked the restaurant twice once on the Saturday then the following day (very few restaurants take on-line bookings on Sunday).
